Residential Supports provides assistance with the acquisition, retention, or improvement in skills related to activities of daily living, such as personal grooming and cleanliness, bed making and household chores, eating and the preparation of food, and the social and adaptive skills needed to enable the individual to reside at home.

Home and Community Supports is a habilitation service. This service enables the individual to acquire and maintain skills that will allow him/her to function with greater independence in the community. This provide habilitation, training and instruction coupled with elements of support, supervision and engaging participation.

ay supports provide assistence with acquisition,  retention or improvement in self-help, socialization and adaptive skill, which take place in a non-residential setting, separate from the home or faciity in which the participant resides. Focus is on maximizing your functional level with a physical, occupaional, or speech centered plan.

Personal Care

Respite Care

Respite Care is a service that provides relief for the family or primary caregiver as detailed in the Person Centered Plan. The caregiver must reside with the participant. There are enhanced levels available for those who have medical or behavioral needs.  There are specified training for direct care staff and supervisors. 

Personal Care Services under NC waiver include support, supervision and engaging participation with eating, bathing, dessing, personal hygiene and othr activities of daily living.  This service may include preparation of meals, but not the cost of th meals themselves. Included is health monitoring, and special mobility devices.

Supported Employment Services provide assistance with choosing, acquireing, and maintaining a job for partcipants ages 16 and older for whom competitive employment has not been achieved, interrupted, or intermittent. This include pre-job training/education, work-related activities, resumes, interviewing, skills accessment, and business opportunities.

SERVICES

We are caring, comforting, and committed. Our process begins with an in-home assessment of an individual's needs, conducted by our Registered Nurse, and then our RN develops a plan of care. The person must be a medicaid recipient.
